What You'll Be Responsible For
Running the Shift
- Lead shift operations — positioning the team, managing breaks, and keeping things running smoothly
- Hold the standard on food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness
- Complete the weekly Compliance Report and ensure all shift requirements are met
Leading the Team
- Coach and develop Team Leaders and Team Members in the moment and over time
- Hold yourself and others accountable to our culture and expectations
- Recognize talent and actively invest in developing the next generation of leaders
Taking Care of Our Guests
- Set the tone for every guest interaction on your shift
- Address concerns quickly and with the hospitality our guests expect from us
