The Daily Grind (Your Responsibilities)
- Command the Kitchen: Lead shifts with confidence, ensuring every station—from dough stretching to topping—is running smoothly and accurately.
- Team Mentor: Provide real-time coaching and feedback. You’re there to help the team grow, stay energized, and have fun while hitting goals.
- Customer Champion: Tackle customer needs head-on and turn every guest into a regular with top-notch service.
- The Business Side: Help manage labor costs, food waste, and inventory. You’ll use our FOCUS system to keep the restaurant profitable and organized.
- Safety First: Maintain a spotless, safe environment and make sure the "Papa John’s look" is always on point.
The Key Ingredients (What You Bring)
- Leadership Roots: Previous shift lead or restaurant management experience is a huge plus.
- The Skills: You’re an expert communicator who can juggle cash management, scheduling, and high-speed rushes without breaking a sweat.
- The Vibe: Positive, adaptable, and ready to lead by example every single day.
- The Basics: HS Diploma/GED and a Food Service Certification (like Serv-Safe) are preferred.
