Regional Collections Manager Position Summary-
Our Regional Collection Manager is someone that's dedicated, flexible, task-oriented, and self-driven. This role involves meeting weekly goals, traveling to locations, and training collection team members to achieve RAC company standards and building the best collection team within our industry.
Requirements / Responsibilities:
- Ongoing training for existing collection teams
- Training new hires in the collection department
- Handle field collections to pickup merchandise
- Contact customers by phone whose agreements have expired
- Demonstrate diligence, urgency, impartiality, and consistency regarding accounts
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED
- Flexible work schedule
- Stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 100lbs, with assistance if needed
- Bi-lingual is a plus
