Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant (care for self, care for others, pursue growth, have fun, bring your best)
- Welcome and greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Take customer orders, explain menu items, and correctly process payments
- Provide exceptional customer service with genuine hospitality
- Prepare guest meal and drink orders with speed and accuracy
- Observe and follow all health and sanitation guidelines for a clean and safe restaurant
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand, products, and promotions
- Work alongside other team members to support a smooth operation
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
