What does career growth look like at Chick-fil-A? Leadership at Chick-fil-A I-10 & Carrollton is about serving others and ensuring their success. We offer several progression steps to help you grow inside our organization. New team members have an opportunity to become certified and then an advanced team-member within the first 90 days, with each step including a pay raise. Thereafter they can become a Pod Leader who leads a particular area on their shift. Just like a team member, they can become certified and then advanced, earning more money and more responsibility. Coordinator, Shifleader and then Directors are the final three levels of leadership.
