Host Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
- Maintain a clean, safe, and refreshing environment for guests
- Wipe down tables promptly and refresh beverages when appropriate
- Conduct bathroom checks and restock supplies
- Assist third-party delivery drivers with accurate and efficient pickups
- Help guide guests and direct traffic in the drive-thru area when needed
- Take guest orders “upstream” to help reduce wait times during peak hours
- Ensure menu boards, dining areas, and surroundings are bright, organized, and inviting
2nd Mile Service
- Offer a warm welcome to every guest and a fond farewell as they leave
- Create eye contact, share a smile, speak with a friendly tone, and say “My pleasure”
- Engage in genuine conversation and use guest names when possible
- Walk guests to restrooms, assist with high chairs, and provide hand wipes or napkins when appropriate
- Check with guests within two minutes or two bites of receiving their food to ensure satisfaction
- Anticipate needs — clear tables, offer refills, and create small moments of care
Qualifications and Requirements
- Consistent and reliable

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Works well both independently and on a team
- Able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Proficient in English
