Position: Event Attendant Position

Rate: $25 per hour, Minimum of 4 hours.

Venue: La Venta, 796 Via Del Monte, Palos Verdes Estates, CA 90274

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in changing weather conditions
• Ability to lift and transport up to 70 pounds
• A smart phone with app accessibility
• Ability to move around a large property with efficiency and ease.

Responsibilities:

Preparing event venue before guests arrive.

Cleaning and restocking the venue throughout the event.

Keep event guests safe and happy.

Keep venue safe and happy.

Communicate with transportation vehicles and guests.

Assisting event lead with needs as they arise through the event.

Help clean and close the venue.

Do you love the magic of live events? Do your friends all know that you throw the BEST parties? This may be the perfect part time position for you! We are in search for an Event Attendant to help us at a historic event venue in Palos Verdes. We need someone who can support the event lead before, during, and after an event. On the venue side, there are loads of logistics happening behind the curtains. From cleaning, restocking, assisting vendors, assisting guests, and making sure the event concludes smoothly, this is a fast-paced position. We’re looking for someone who appreciates the work that goes into big events like weddings, and can follow directions of our Venue Event Lead when it’s Go Time.
