We serve large portions of premium meats and cheeses, "steamed" hot and placed atop fresh produce on a toasted sub roll. Crew Members are primarily responsible for prepping inventory and working on the make stations to fulfill customer orders. The Crew Members are on their feet for the majority of the shift while working different stations in the sub making process. Initially, Crew Members are trained in one position, i.e. Cashier, Sandwich Makers, then your training will expand so that you are cross-trained for all positions.
