What are the perks and benefits of working at The NOW? Depending on employee status (full time vs part time), an employee may be eligible for benefits after applicable requirements for length of service have been met. In addition, employees of The NOW are a part of our inclusive NOW family which care and treat one another with respect and equality. Employees receive complimentary uniforms, special rates for services and products, and are invited to routine team gatherings.
What does career growth look like at The NOW? Every position in the boutique is essential, we work as a team to accomplish our mission of serving guests. Each role has its own path and potential opportunity for advancement. If an employee wishes to take on additional leadership roles, the management team works together with you to identify how to prepare you to accept additional responsibilities and move forward in your career with us.
