Founded in 1949 (Showa 24), it was born in the small town "Akasakicho" in Tohaku-gun, Tottori Prefecture. The predecessor was taught at Matsutsuki, the original beef bone ramen shop in the central part of the prefecture, and started offering beef bone ramen at the shop around 1952.
