Chick-fil-A Careers and Jobs
Chick-fil-A Forsyth is a locally owned and operated restaurant in the heart of Forsyth, Georgia. We're selective about who joins our team because we believe the right people make the difference. If you want a job where your work ethic gets noticed, your leader knows your name, and you actually have room to grow, this is worth your time.
What is it like to work at Chick-fil-A?

Our restaurant is in Forsyth, Georgia, and most of our team lives and grew up right here in and around Monroe County. That matters to us. We're not a revolving door. We hire people we'd actually want to work alongside, we invest in training them well, and we promote from within when someone is ready. The pace is fast, the standards are high, and the team holds each other accountable. If you come in ready to work, you'll fit right in.
What are the perks and benefits of working at Chick-fil-A?

Pay and schedule. We have positions paying $10-$30 per hour, with differences tied to performance and responsibility.
We're closed every Sunday, so that day is always yours.
Free meal on shift. Every team member gets a free meal during their shift. No exceptions.
Scholarship opportunity. Through the Remarkable Futures Scholarship program, eligible team members can apply for up to $2,500 per year in college scholarships. We actively encourage our people to apply.
Flexible scheduling. We work with you on availability. School, sports, family commitments: we want to keep good people, and that means building a schedule that works. Saturday availability is required for all positions.
Advancement. We promote from within. Several of our current shift leaders and directors started as team members. If you want to grow, there is a path here.
What does career growth look like at Chick-fil-A?

We have a clear path for team members who want to move up. Most leadership roles at our restaurant are filled by people who started as team members. The typical path runs from team member to trainer, then to shift leader, and eventually to manager or director-level roles for those who are ready. Advancement is based on performance, reliability, and character. There is no fixed timeline. If you prove yourself, we will give you more responsibility.
