Position Overview
Altura Concepts is seeking motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Managers to join our growing restaurant group. This position may be assigned to any restaurant within the Altura Concepts portfolio of brands.
The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports daily operations, leads restaurant teams, and ensures exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the company's standards for quality, service, and operational excellence.
We are looking for hands-on leaders who take initiative, lead by example, and are passionate about hospitality and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
- Supervise, motivate, and train team members to deliver excellent service.
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.
- Ensure smooth opening, closing, and shift operations.
- Address guest concerns and maintain a positive dining experience.
- Assist with inventory management, labor efficiency, and cost controls.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards.
- Take responsibility for restaurant operations in the Restaurant Manager's absence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Basic understanding of restaurant operations and cost management.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to work at different Altura Concepts locations as needed.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
