Position Overview:
The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. This role ensures that cooks, servers, and bartenders always have the tools they need to provide outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to health and safety standards.
- Keep dishwashing area clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks, including mopping floors, emptying trash, and wiping surfaces.
- Properly store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas.
- Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and alert management when restocking is needed.
- Support kitchen staff with prep or other tasks as requested.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required — training provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
