What You’ll Do
- Lead all kitchen operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and execution
- Execute menus, recipes, and plating standards to brand expectations
- Own service execution and maintain strong FOH/BOH coordination
- Train, coach, and develop sous chefs and kitchen teams
- Set clear expectations and build a professional, accountable kitchen culture
- Manage kitchen labor, prep systems, and service readiness
- Execute food cost controls, portioning, and waste management
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and organization at all times
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of culinary leadership experience (Executive Chef or Sous Chef)
- Strong operational knowledge of kitchen systems, food safety, and labor
- Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams
- Hands-on leadership style with sharp attention to detail
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
Bonus Points
- Experience with chef-driven or Global-inspired concepts
- Background in high-volume, full-service restaurants
- Experience opening or stabilizing restaurant concepts
