What You’ll Do
- Lead daily operations and deliver standout guest experiences
- Build, coach, and inspire high-performing management and hourly teams
- Set and uphold standards for service, food quality, and cleanliness
- Manage labor, food, and beverage costs to hit performance goals
- Drive sales through strong floor presence and guest engagement
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor standards
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years as a GM or AGM in a full-service restaurant
- Hands-on leadership style with a guest-first mindset
- Strong communication, organization, and people skills
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
