This is not an “assistant manager” role for someone who just wants a title.

What You’ll Lead:
• Daily shift operations and teamwork coordination (FOH and BOH)
• Hands-on coaching of team members
• Upholding hospitality and food quality standards
• Creating a positive, encouraging, highly efficient work environment
• Supporting leadership in training, communication, and workflow execution
