What are the perks and benefits of working at Country Chicken n Fish?

Up to $12 for a break meal. Up to $1000 for school after graduating from high school.

What does career growth look like at Country Chicken n Fish?

Start as a new hire for 90 days. After 90 days, get promoted to team member with full PTO benefits and a pay increase. After 90 days, you qualify to apply for a training coach. Training coaches move on to Leader in Training, then to LIC leader in charge, Director, then to OIT ( owner in training), then to Owner Operator, where you get a chance to own and operate your own location.
