Common Ground Construction was created by One Roof Community Housing in 2004 to focus on the acquisition and rehabilitation of their projects. For homes renovated through One Roof’s Community Land Trust program, Common Ground Construction manages or performs all necessary improvements to ensure quality and durability. We also provide bids for the general public, offering expert services in window replacements, exterior doors, decks, kitchens, and bathroom remodels.
