After the success of our first location, we're opening our second store, and we're looking for an exceptional Store Manager to lead it. This isn't a job where you'll inherit a struggling operation. It's an opportunity to build something from the ground up alongside the owner and shape the culture of a brand that's just getting started.

What you'll do:
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day success of the store, including:
- Leading and developing a team
- Hiring, coaching, and training employees
- Creating schedules and managing labor
- Maintaining exceptional food quality and cleanliness
- Managing inventory and ordering
- Delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Ensuring every shift reflects the REVES standard

What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, food service, or retail
- Proven ability to coach and motivate teams
- Highly organized and dependable
- Comfortable making decisions independently
- Positive attitude with high standards
- Weekend availability
