What does career growth look like at Reves Smoothie Cafe? At REVES, we believe growth should be real and achievable for team members who show initiative, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Every new team member begins with a hands-on, paid onboarding program where they learn how to craft our smoothies, açaí bowls, and specialty coffees while gaining a strong understanding of our service standards.
As team members grow more confident in their role, they can take on additional responsibilities such as training new hires, supporting shift operations, and helping maintain the high standards our customers expect. Many team members who demonstrate leadership, accountability, and a positive attitude have the opportunity to move into leadership positions within the café.
