THE ROLE
As a Shift Lead, you are responsible for leading the team and setting the tone for every shift.
You will oversee daily operations, guide a team of 2–6 team members, and ensure everything runs smoothly — from product quality to customer experience.
This role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to stay composed in fast-paced situations. You’ll be expected to step in wherever needed, support your team, and lead by example at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading and motivating the team throughout the shift
• Ensuring consistent product quality and presentation
• Delivering and maintaining excellent customer service
• Managing shift flow, priorities, and time efficiently
• Handling customer concerns professionally and calmly
• Opening and/or closing the store
• Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
At REVES, leadership is hands-on. You won’t just direct — you’ll actively work alongside your team to create a great experience.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for someone who is ready to lead, take ownership, and grow with us.
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of leadership experience in hospitality (required)
• Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and decisive under pressure
• A natural sense of ownership and accountability
