We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning & Maintenance Team Member to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and team. This role is essential in upholding the high standards of cleanliness and operational excellence our restaurant is known for.
Team Member Responsibilities
- Perform daily and weekly cleaning tasks throughout the restaurant
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Cleaning dining room, restrooms, kitchen areas, and storage areas
- Safely work on ladders to clean vents, light fixtures, and high surfaces
- Conduct preventative maintenance on restaurant machinery and equipment
- Washing dishes
- Dispose of trash and maintain exterior cleanliness
- Follow all safety and food safety guidelines
Qualifications and Requirements
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working on ladders and performing physical tasks
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic mechanical aptitude for preventative maintenance tasks preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- High school diploma
