Position Overview

Team Members are responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience through friendly service, accurate order fulfillment, and teamwork. Whether working front-of-house or back-of-house, Team Members play a key role in creating a welcoming, clean, and efficient restaurant environment.


Position Types: Part-Time (Daytime & Night Time)

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a positive attitude and genuine hospitality

  • Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
  • Work on their feet for several hours at a time
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently using Chick-fil-A systems
  • Prepare and serve food safely, quickly, and to quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
  • Work collaboratively with team members and leaders
  • Follow all food safety, cash handling, and operational procedures
  • Represent Chick-fil-A Lincoln Park’s values in every interaction

Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish a plus)
  • Dependable and punctual

  • Must be at least 15 years of age (certain positions may require 18+)
