Team Leaders work directly with Directors and the Owner-Operator to lead shifts, coach team members, and ensure excellence in food quality, service, and hospitality. This is a hands-on leadership role with clear opportunities for growth into higher leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities
- Coach, train, and develop team members in real time using clear expectations and positive accountability
- Lead and manage shifts by setting the tone for excellence, urgency, and hospitality
- Ensure food safety, quality, speed, and accuracy standards are consistently met
- Execute daily operational plans and support business goals for the shift
- Support staffing, break management, and shift deployment
- Model Chick-fil-A standards in appearance, professionalism, and service
- Address guest concerns with care and confidence, ensuring recovery and satisfaction
- Communicate clearly with Directors regarding staffing, performance, and operational needs
- Uphold Chick-fil-A Lincoln Park policies, procedures, and values
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred (restaurant or hospitality experience a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coach, motivate, and lead a diverse team
- Calm and effective under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift 30–55 lbs as needed
