responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they
serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A
service and food.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Serve guests in a variety of roles, including order taking, order fulfilment, cleaning, and stocking
- Smile
- Create and Maintain Eye Contact
- Speak Enthusiastically
- Make Emotional Connections with Guests
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A policies and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned

Availability Requirements
9-20 Hours per week
Weekday Availability
Team member must be available to work 3+ weekday lunch
shifts per week. Lunch shift hours occur within the hours of 10:30 AM – 3:00
PM.
