At Chick-fil-A, we are all about team member development! We have "The Path," which explains each leadership level and what it takes to get there. We have created systems in place to help and encourage all of our team members the opportunity to move up. Below, you will find all the positions we have and what their main responsibilities are. Current list of positions: 1. Team Member: Responsible for providing great service while serving our guests. 2. Allstar/Chef: A Team Member who does well in all floor positions and can pass the Allstar/Chef test. 3. Trainer: Responsible for thoroughly training new hires. 4. Shift Leader: Responsible for running shifts and managing breaks. 5. Assistant Director: Assist in developing a specific business area. 6. Director: In charge of developing a designated area of the business (for example, we have a Director of Training, Kitchen, Marketing, Drive Thru, Front of House, Care, Talent, etc.) 7. Executive Director: Responsible for developing a designated area of the business and overseeing/coaching specific area Directors.
