Kashi Indian Restaurant takes its name from Kashi (Varanasi), one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world located on the banks of the Ganges River in Uttar Pradesh, North India. It is a major spiritual and cultural center in the country often called the "City of Light" For centuries, this region has been known for its vibrant food culture—rich curries, smoky kebabs, biryanis & timeless street flavors that have traveled across India and beyond. Our mission is to bring this incredible culinary heritage to Brooklyn.
