Maintenance Handyman Description:

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Handyman to fill a vital spot on our staff. We want a reliable and skilled person who also understands the importance of the role that this maintenance position plays in our organization/building.

The person should have good communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks, and pose both a proactive and reactive mindset. We like to keep our environment tidy and very well-organized. 

Responsibilities:

• Help oversee maintenance and small project coordination

• Allocate & organize resources for assigned projects

• Being Proactive in problem solving on the job site

• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance, service, restaurants, construction management or other related fields is most helpful

• Hands-on capabilities for Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, HVACR and any other professional trades

• Strong leadership qualities

• Deadline and detail-oriented

• Fluent in Spanish is a plus
