Job Summary

As the Photography & Visual Design Specialist, you will be our properties' visual storyteller. Your lens will capture the unique essence of each destination, ensuring every image resonates with our audience and portrays the distinctive character and comfort our hotels provide. This role is integral to our marketing department, requiring creative talent and project management skills to keep pace with our forward-looking environment. 

Daily Duties

• Collateral design including brochures, menus, in room collateral, advertisements, and social media content 
• In room, event and property photography and videography 
• Schedule and manage timelines for photo and video shoots across multiple properties. 
• Coordinate shoots collaborating with property managers, developing call sheets, staging rooms etc. 
• Photo and video editing to produce visually compelling marketing materials using Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, Microsoft Suite, and Canva. 
• Conduct quality checks on all visual content, keeping high standards. 
• Optimize photography workflows for maximum efficiency in a fast-paced setting. 
• Other responsibilities as assigned IE social media posting and email marketing 

Qualifications & Requirements 

• A portfolio of work that highlights your photography and graphic design talent, particularly in the hospitality sector. 
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva, and other relevant photography and graphic design software. 
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Strong collaborative skills for working with management and creative teams. 
• Advanced knowledge of photo editing, room staging, and lighting techniques. 
• Keen attention to detail in creative execution and project management. 
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and project demands. 
• Professional photography and graphic design experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. 
• Excellent communication skills, capable of creating compelling narratives for various mediums. 
• A self-starter attitude with an innate ability to work proactively and under tight deadlines. 
• Ability to keep a high level of professionalism and brand representation.
