We’re looking for an experienced and motivated leader to step into a General Manager role at SONIC Drive-In.

As General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance of the drive-in — from team development to daily operations and financial results.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Leading, training, and developing Team Members, Carhops, Skating Carhops, and managers
- Overseeing daily operations to ensure company standards are met
- Enforcing policies and maintaining compliance with company procedures
- Creating work schedules and managing staffing levels
- Monitoring inventory and placing product orders
- Hiring and training team members and members of the management team
- Handling guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Driving local marketing efforts and growing sales
