Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily front of house operations
  • Train and motivate team members to provide exceptional customer service
  • Ensure a clean and welcoming dining environment
  • Manage a team of 50+ team members
  • Schedule front of house team
  • Have crucial conversation and hold people accountable

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a hospitality or food service role
  • 1 year prior leadership experience
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to work outside
  • Able to be on your feet for long periods of time
  • 40 hours / week
