The Hospitality Director will serve on the senior leadership team and reports to the Executive Director and the Owner/Operator. The Hospitality Director oversees the front-of-house team and aids in setting goals, planning, and executing the business plan, while encouraging our team to meet operational, service, revenue, and profitability goals.
Compensation is commensurate with availability and experience.

Responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of dedicated leaders toward common business and service goals
- Communicating with team members, leadership, and Chick-fil-A Inc. staff
- Planning, organizing, assessing, and executing business goals
- Scheduling, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, and other managerial responsibilities
- Conducting and organizing team-wide meetings and events
- Overseeing team morale and culture
- Solving business challenges quickly and effectively
- Developing a leadership team within the business
- Growing personally and professionally independently
- Ensures that Team Members work at a pace to maintain the restaurant's established speed of service guidelines.
- Executes proper security and cash handling and control procedures and holds cashiers accountable to adhering to policies and procedures.
- Ensures that Team Members monitor overall facility cleanliness.
- Perform any of the tasks above as needed throughout the shift.
- Addresses guest issues that may arise; consults with management regarding complex issues.
- Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
- Communicate employee performance and policy/procedure violations to management for appropriate handling.
- Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures.
