You'll play an important role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly by helping cover staffing gaps, adjusting to changing schedules, and assisting with office tasks when field support isn't needed.

Driving is an essential part of this position. You'll travel between job sites throughout the Rochester area and surrounding communities, including locations between Rochester and Canandaigua. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys being on the go and is comfortable driving to different locations throughout the workday.

What You'll Do

• Step in when team members are unavailable or daily schedules change.
• Help maintain service commitments by providing backup coverage for cleaning appointments.
• Drive to job sites throughout the Rochester area and surrounding communities.
• Help maintain consistent service by traveling between assignments as needed.
• Assist with organizing supplies, preparing materials, and keeping work areas organized.
• Support office operations with administrative and organizational tasks as assigned.
• Shift between fieldwork and office responsibilities based on the day's priorities.
• Communicate availability and schedule changes promptly with management.
• Help solve day-to-day challenges and keep things moving when plans change.

What We're Looking For

• Dependability is essential. Our team needs someone who follows through, arrives on time, and can be counted on when coverage is needed.
• Willingness to drive is essential. You must be comfortable driving throughout the Rochester area and surrounding communities.
• A valid driver's license held for at least two years.
• A reliable, registered, and insured vehicle for travel between job sites.
• Flexibility and comfort with changing assignments and varying daily hours.
• Availability Monday–Friday, with the ability to support daytime operations as agreed upon.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of field assignments, including lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, kneeling, and being active throughout the workday.
• Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and help where needed.
• Residence within approximately a 30-minute drive of Victor, NY.

Scheduling & Hours

This is a flexible position with hours that vary according to business needs. Depending on staffing needs and daily operations, some weeks may involve part-time hours, while others may offer the opportunity for full-time hours.

Some days may involve several hours of fieldwork and driving between job sites, while other days may require a shorter assignment or office support.

The role is designed for someone who enjoys variety and understands that coverage needs can change from day to day. Specific assignments and expected availability will be communicated by management, and flexibility is an important part of the position.

Please note that a fixed number of daily or weekly hours is not guaranteed unless otherwise agreed upon.
