Team members often start as Cleaning Technicians, and from there can advance to:
Team Lead – oversee jobs, support new team members, and ensure quality

Field Manager – manage daily cleaning operations, client relationships, and staff
Office Support or Leadership roles – for those interested in administration, hiring, sales, marketing, or logistics
