What You'll Do:
- Perform residential cleaning services (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchens, bathrooms, etc.)
- Follow checklists and company procedures to deliver top-quality service
- Provide a professional and friendly experience to clients
- Work independently or in a small team, traveling between homes during the day
What You'll Need to Join the Team:
- Availability Monday–Friday from 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
- Valid driver's license (held for at least 2 years)
- Your own vehicle that is reliable, registered, and insured
- Pass a personal and driving background check
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physically active work for 6-7.5 hours per day
- Be at least 21 years old
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and dependable nature—we rely on each other!
- Live within a 30-minute drive of Victor, NY
Pay Details:
- Paid Training
- Performance Pay: After 2–3 weeks of training, cleaners move to commission-based pay
- Most full-time team members earn $600–$900/week on average, plus tips and bonuses
- Full-time positions available
