As a Breader Team Member, you play a critical role in preparing our signature hand-breaded chicken and ensuring the kitchen is fully ready for peak hours. Your work directly impacts food quality, speed of service, and the guest experience.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and hand-bread chicken according to Chick-fil-A standards
- Follow strict food safety, quality, and sanitation procedures
- Maintain breading tables and kitchen prep stations
- Ensure proper product rotation and freshness
- Assist with additional kitchen prep as needed
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked
- Support the team during breakfast-to-lunch transition
Shift Availability:
- 6:00 AM/7:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Full-Time preferred.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be 16 years or older
- No experience required (kitchen experience is a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Dependable, coachable, and team-oriented
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
