At Chick-fil-A Roanoke (CFA ROA) our executive leadership team collectively has over 100 years of Chick-fil-A experience. Our team strives to help you reach your goals during your time at Chick-fil-A.
The leadership and business concepts we teach are applicable to all industries. These concepts include customer service, quality control, financial/cost stewardship, inventory management, food safety, self-auditing, scheduling, leading others (culture setting), leading self (self awareness & development), training coordination, continuous improvement, leveraging technology, and overall entrepreneurship/personal ownership.
Our leadership development process gives all team members a clear growth track as they grow and take on more responsibility. Leaders who step into this process are given consistent, intentional, and proactive coaching and feedback as they continuously pursue what is next for them to learn. Leaders who work up into high-level director roles have the opportunity to learn the entire business and become more competitive for careers within Chick-fil-A.
