What You'll Do
• Provide excellent customer service while taking guest orders accurately and efficiently at the front counter or drive-thru using registers or iPads
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while assisting with stocking and cleaning during non-peak hours
• Deliver dine-in and mobile orders promptly and courteously
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment
• Cross-train in Front of House and Back of House positions, including food preparation, fryer, grill, and additional stations as needed
• Support fast, accurate service and a positive guest experience
Shift Availability
- Open Shift Availability: available to start at 6:00am or 7:00am
- Must have availability to work on Saturdays,
Qualifications & Skills
• No experience required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Dependable, adaptable, coachable, and hard-working
• Must be able to communicate and write effectively in English
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Confident money handling skills preferred
• Must comply with Chick-fil-A professional appearance guidelines, including no tattoos on the face, neck, or behind the ears
