Chick-fil-A is looking for dependable, detail-oriented Team Members to help start the day strong as part of our Back of House breading team. As a Breader Team Member, you’ll play a critical role in preparing our signature hand-breaded chicken and helping ensure the kitchen is fully ready for peak hours. Your work directly impacts food quality, speed of service, and the overall guest experience.

What You'll Do
• Prepare and hand-bread chicken according to Chick-fil-A standards
• Follow food safety, quality, and sanitation procedures
• Maintain breading tables and kitchen prep stations
• Ensure proper product rotation and freshness
• Assist with additional kitchen prep and opening tasks as needed
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked
• Support the team during the breakfast-to-lunch transition
• Work as part of a fast-paced, high-performing kitchen environment
Shift Availability
- Opening Shift Availability: 6:00 AM / 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Must have availability to work on Saturdays,
Qualifications & Skills
• Must be 16 years old or older
• No experience required (kitchen experience is a plus)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Dependable, coachable, and team-oriented
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
