Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive guest experience.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas and front counter.
- Work in multiple FOH positions including cashier, dining room, and drive-thru.
- Ensure order accuracy and deliver food promptly to guests.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be willing to cross-train in front-of-house and back-of-house responsibilities
- Must be 16 or older.
- No experience required.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have effective communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
