Team Members are responsible for delivering high-quality of service by being knowledgeable, efficient and providing an energizing guest experience. Additionally, Team Members should be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of all Juice It Up! product nutritionals and clearly communicate this information to our guests.

Follow JIU! standards when cleaning and maintaining equipment, POS, windows, floors, shelving, counters, tables, chairs, outside areas, restrooms, and any part of the JIU! store. c. Ensure cups, spoons, napkins, merchandise, and snacks are stocked and available to customers at all times. d. Follow health and safety standards to assists others in doing the same.
2. Say Hi & Offer Samples and Product Knowledge a. Welcome every customer with a sincere “Hello, welcome to Juice It Up!” and offer them samples. Answer any questions and offer product knowledge.
3. Be the “role-model” for outstanding customer service and overall employee standards.
4. Handle Point of Sales (POS) and Cash a. Master POS and order taking process to ensure correct product, always ask for customer name and deliver drink with customer name and drink name.Show less
