The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our restaurant management team. You will be responsible for leading the shift operation while focusing on culture, developing leaders, managing costs, establishing systems. Responsibilities:
- Learn and work daily in your area of the restaurant
- Help to cast the vision and establish the culture for the department
- Assist in developing and growing all leaders in the department
- Help establish and achieve all labor goals
- Assist in creating and implementing all systems for department
- Ensure operational excellence and be accountable for service scores in in the department
Qualifications:
- Previous Chick-fil-A experience is a plus**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in restaurant management.
