You will be responsible for leading the shift operation while focusing on culture, developing leaders, managing costs, establishing systems. Responsibilities:

  • Learn and work daily in your area of the restaurant
  • Help to cast the vision and establish the culture for the department
  • Assist in developing and growing all leaders in the department
  • Help establish and achieve all labor goals
  • Assist in creating and implementing all systems for department
  • Ensure operational excellence and be accountable for service scores in in the department

Qualifications:

  • Previous Chick-fil-A experience is a plus**
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in restaurant management.
