We are seeking a skilled HVAC / Maintenance Technician with experience servicing restaurant equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, along with the ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role requires travel between locations and availability for emergency service calls as needed.
Responsibilities
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on restaurant equipment.
• Diagnose and repair issues across HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Service equipment including ice cream machines, grills, fryers, refrigerated cabinets, and shake machines.
• Complete minor facility repairs (doors, tile, restrooms, etc.).
• Respond to emergency service calls, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Travel to various locations and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate updates as needed.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards.
Requirements
• Experience servicing restaurant equipment required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to be on-call and available for emergency service.
• Ability to travel, including occasional overnight stays.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to climb ladders, bend, and twist.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs.
