What does career growth look like at Chick-fil-A? We have a large leadership structure with multiple roles and opportunities for our team members. Most of our leadership team started as a Chick-fil-A Team Member. We consistently evaluate team member performance for advancement and welcome team members to apply for new roles. We have roles in Training, Operational Leadership, Food Safety, and Events. We look for individuals on our team who are driven towards their own goals and look to give them opportunities to lead at a higher level here. We have part time and full time leadership opportunities available.
