Back of House Team Member Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food quickly and safely, meeting Chick-fil-A’s high standards
- Manage kitchen stations including fries, breading, assembling, and food prep
- Stock kitchen inventory and maintain a neat, clean, and orderly kitchen
- Stay updated on new products and complete in-house training
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any issues promptly
- Complete opening and closing tasks as assigned
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be age 18 or older with a cheerful, positive attitude
- Reliable with a cheerful and positive attitude
- Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
- Works well independently and within a team
- Flexible schedule availability including weekdays and weekends
- Ability to lift 15-30 lbs regularly and stand for long periods
