Phase 2: Operational Impact (Mid-Level Leadership)Team Leader: Step into leadership by running daily shift changes, managing real-time speed of service, and resolving guest needs.Shift Manager: Take ownership of administrative metrics, including labor optimization, production workflows, and cash management.
