What are the perks and benefits of working at Chick-fil-A? There is an offer of an employee meal to the cost of $10.25 on every shift. All sodas and teas are free of charge. Your uniform to get you started is completely covered. If you are to work outside in the colder months, all items needed to keep you warm are covered.
What does career growth look like at Chick-fil-A? When starting at chick-fil-a you will always start out as a team member. There are training opportunities available to move up, this goes to team captain, team leader and then further opportunities for director training. Showing initiative and drive is key to moving up in Chick-fil-a.
