Meaningful Beginnings first opened its doors in 2013 and continues to grow across San Francisco. We take pride in providing high-quality care and education for children ages 0–6 years, specializing in infant/toddler care, preschool, and transitional kindergarten.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with young children in a childcare or preschool setting is a plus.
- Flexible and adaptable to different classrooms and teaching styles.
- Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily classroom routines and activities with assigned age groups (0–6 years).
- Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment.
- Provide coverage in classrooms during teacher breaks, planning time, or absences.
- Step into various classrooms to support lead and assistant teachers as needed.
- Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and team members.
- Follow the center’s policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care and supervision.
