What is it like to work at Smoothie King?

Smoothie King is a diverse and quick paced work environment. We primarily focus on the guest experience; their journey through the store, from walking in, exploring the menu, ordering and receiving a perfectly blended smoothie. You will be working with others during your shift and sometimes alone on a variety of tasks. Following daily and weekly checklists will help ensure our team is meeting the store's cleanliness, food safety, sanitary and operational standards.

What does career growth look like at Smoothie King?

All Entry-Level Team Members help inspire people to live a healthy and active lifestyle! Team Members are elevated to Shift Leaders and serve by providing guidance when the Manager is not in the store. Our Assistant Manager partners with the General Manager in the daily operations of the store. This role is to supervise the Shift Leaders and Team Members, work with guests, and help carry out initiatives. Work your way up to a General Manager taking on the full responsibility of managing your own location(s)! You’ll be responsible for building a team, driving guest focus, meeting sales targets, and achieving operational excellence. Area Manager assume overall responsibility for the success of 3+ stores by supervising and directing all operational aspects of each store and driving sales.
