Purpose/ Summary:
Provide operational support to the Accounting and Finance department. Tasked with taking calls and replying to emails, generating reports, and assisting with big projects, this role’s objective is to efficiently handle all operating tasks within the accounting and finance department.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Posting inter-company order entries and purchase orders
- - Resolving inventory errors such as negative quantity and no price.
- Maintain clean and precise filing.
- Grab data from multiple sources for Data Analysis
- Provide support to divisional accounting and operations teams and projects as needed by management.
- Ability to work with diverse personalities and to develop and maintain courteous, professional and effective working relationships with outside vendors, agencies and
- representatives as well as with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Maintain personal health and sanitation standards.
- Ensure compliance with BP’s code of ethics, integrity and conduct!
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bilingual Mandarin Chinese preferred.
- Software knowledge: Any ERP System, MS Office.
- Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to multitask and work in a team environment.
- Able to work in a flexible environment (not routine job)

Physical demands:
- Ability to continuously stand or walk.
- Ability to bend and lift occasionally.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally.
Work environment:
- Work will be conducted in an office environment.
- May encounter temperatures ranging from 32 degrees to 425 degrees around equipment in the kitchen if needed to enter that area.
- May occasionally walk on slippery surfaces.
- Noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud.
